1 Self Care day
This day is set aside for you and I to organize and prepare all the little tasks for labor and postpartum that may be nagging at you or causing stress or anxiety. Whether it’s packing your hospital bag, grocery shopping, taking your car to the DMV, setting up the nursery, or just going for a long walk to clear your mind, it’s always more pleasant when there’s someone by your side. I am the friend who wants to hear all about the changes in your body and the thoughts you have about parenthood. This day is for you to work through any mental blocks and create a sense of calm and confidence going into this new chapter of your life.

Prenatal meal prep
Feeding yourself can be hard, but it becomes increasingly more difficult when caring for a newborn, and yet it is one of the best things you can do to heal your body and prevent emotional and nutrient depletion. Prenatal meal prep can seem daunting, but with this plan, we will set aside one day for me to come to your home and make sure you are covered nutritionally for at least the first week or two postpartum. During the day we will:
Prepare 4 freezable meals labeled with reheating instructions
Create a grocery list so members of your support team can assist in keeping your home stocked with postpartum essentials
List of recipes for some quick, easy, nourishing meals you can make on your own
Discussion of postpartum nutrition - Understanding what your body needs during this time
Starting at $250
*Additional meal prep sessions can be scheduled for a fee of $200 per session
*Meal prep sessions will not be included and the fee will be waived for those who choose to have the full postpartum meal service.
Postpartum Support Packages
Daytime
As you start cobbling together a hybrid of different parenting styles and put all your focus into caring for your newborn, taking care of yourself may fall to the wayside. This is when having a postpartum doula becomes crucial. Different from a baby nurse, I am there for YOU. If you are well taken care of, then you have the energy and mental strength to care for your little one. I am not a guest you have to host. I’m not some kooky aunt giving you unsolicited advice. My advice is evidence-based and my care for you is based on my professional training and the experience I’ve gained through my own journey as a doula.
During each postpartum visit, I am there to meet your needs. I am there to help you gain perspective and take some pressure off all the trials and errors, so that you can gain confidence in your parenting and feel good about the decisions you're making.
As the needs of individuals vary greatly throughout the postpartum period, a few things you can expect during our time together include, but are not limited to:
Assistance with understanding your baby’s communication cues
Feeding support based on my training as a Certified Lactation Counselor
Emotional support (unbiased listening to help you process your experience)
Access to my vetted community and online resources
A hot meal and a clean kitchen
A dog-walker, a sibling distracter, an errand-runner, a laundry folder
Assistance with cloth diapering, babywearing, and bellybinding
Time for you to nap and shower and heal
$35/hour
*12 hour minimum for new clients
Overnight
Whether you are nursing or bottle feeding, room sharing, co-sleeping, or using a nursery, I will be there through the night to make sure it all goes smoothly. This service is perfect if one parent is going back to work, you just need a couple nights of relief, help figuring out the best rhythm and routine for nights, or understanding baby’s sleep cycles. Give yourself the support you need to heal.
In addition to helping care for the baby through the night, I am also there to make sure the kitchen is tidy, breakfast is prepped, and the laundry is folded.
Starting at $40/hr
*typical hours run from 9pm to 6am
