With experience as a birth and postpartum doula, I’ve heard so many of the “should” and “should-nots” - Social media, strangers, loved ones, well-meaning acquaintances want to push their ideas of proper diet and what is best for you. My approach is different.
With profound changes happening to your body in a short amount of time, I don’t want to disrupt your digestion with unfamiliar cuisine. I believe that having familiarity in your meals offers both emotional grounding and physical healing. So, what are your favorite comfort foods? What do you enjoy eating? What’s that one thing you had as a kid?
My approach to postpartum cooking is holistic and practical. We will come up with a menu together that feels balanced, nutritious, and aligned to your unique postpartum experience.

How it works
Pick a package
Packages are offered in weekly increments starting at $450. This is a flate rate that includes cost of food, labor, and delivery. Discounts are offered when you book multiple weeks at a time.
Once you fill out the dietary preference form, Chef Jodi will create a fully customized menu of four entrées and two snacks.
Customize Menu
Whether you choose drop off or in-home cooking, all menu items will be properly stored and labeled, so all you have to do is eat and enjoy!
