Only after a great meal can we expect ourselves to open up to change, learn from others, gain perspective, or step into a new role.
As a health-supportive chef, my goal is not just to prepare healthy food for clients, but to offer great meals that assist in the overall wellbeing of individual people and more expansively, of our community as a whole.
My approach channels home-cooking at its best. It is seasonal, non-fussy, and often locally sourced. I am professionally trained to work with a variety of diets including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, low-glycemic, anti-inflammatory, Ayurvedic, and Kosher.
I offer collaborative menus each week with the option of in-home cooking or drop-off.
